Decides
Your leadership
Makes the big decisions: priorities, resources and what gets done. In every form of collaboration.
How we work
We get into the reality of your company, check data against behaviour and settle what to tackle first. Then you decide how we continue. With oversight we support and review; with external sales leadership we also lead. Your leadership makes the big decisions and your team sells.

From first contact to decision
We look at your challenge, which area to work on and whether the diagnosis makes sense. We email you first to agree a date and time.
Roughly 3–4 weeks: baseline, 3 objectives and 3 ninety-day action plans, with a debrief and close-out session.
Carry out the plans with your team, have us oversee execution or, in addition, have us take on external sales leadership.
Milestones at 30, 60 and 90 days from the start of execution and a quarterly review of results, execution and priorities.
Who decides, who oversees, who leads
Decides
Makes the big decisions: priorities, resources and what gets done. In every form of collaboration.
Oversees
We support and review execution of the plans against their milestones, spot blockers and propose adjustments.
Leads
With external sales leadership, we also lead sales with your team within the agreed mandate. Your team sells.
Ways of working together
The levels are cumulative, not phases you have to buy one after the other: external sales leadership includes all of the oversight.
The quarterly review covers results, execution and priorities. It doesn't repeat the full diagnosis: we only extend it when relevant changes or new evidence justify it, and only as far as needed. Any cross-functional responsibility for marketing, post-sale or coordinating the whole revenue cycle is agreed explicitly in each project's mandate and scope. Analysing or working on an area doesn't mean taking over its leadership.
Timeline
First, the diagnosis (roughly 3–4 weeks). Once it closes, if you decide to continue, execution of the plans begins: the 30, 60 and 90-day milestones are counted from the start of execution, not from the diagnosis.

How we collaborate
We work inside the team's dynamics, not from a distance.
We say what we see and explain the data behind it.
Every phase ends with decisions, owners and next steps.
We handle sales information with rigour and care.
Success includes the company not depending on us to sustain the system.
Build work (segmentation and ICP, playbooks, pipeline design in the CRM, forecasting model, dashboards, customer onboarding) isn't included by default. It's defined after the diagnosis, based on what your company needs, with scope and time commitment agreed before we start.

Yes. It has its own scope, deliverables and close: 3 priority objectives and 3 ninety-day action plans, with a debrief session with your leadership. Continuing is the path we suggest, but you don't have to.
We recommend starting with a diagnosis. If your company already has a recent diagnosis or analysis, we start from it: we review it and complete whatever is needed to set the baseline before execution starts.
They're cumulative. With action plan oversight, your team carries out the plans and we support and review execution. With external sales leadership we do all that and also lead: sales targets, resources, SMART objectives and pipeline and forecast meetings.
The diagnosis takes roughly 3–4 weeks. If you decide to continue, execution begins: the 30, 60 and 90-day milestones are counted from the start of execution. After that, a quarterly review.
Yes: it's also designed for startups that have already validated their product (seed to Series A) and for companies where selling still depends on the founder.
It depends on scope and time commitment. We'll look at it on the call and, before we start, the proposal sets out deliverables, time commitment and price.
