You want to grow or professionalise sales
- There's no sales method in day-to-day use
- Sales and marketing work in silos
- Results depend on who happens to be selling that month

That's what a well-built sales system gives you. We help you build yours.

The Kaironeo method
Who it's for
It's less about your sector than your moment: the point where sales can no longer depend on one or two people. It matters most when the product is complex.
Several decision-makers, long sales cycles and a technical proposition that's hard to explain. That's where a sales system makes the biggest difference.
Sound familiar?
Maybe selling still depends on the founder. Or maybe you already have a sales team, but no shared priorities or criteria. Each challenge points to one of the four areas where we step in.
Without a clear ideal customer, every opportunity gets chased and the message doesn't quite land.
→ Area 1 · B2B market and message
Long cycles and optimistic close dates: the pipeline doesn't let you estimate revenue on clear assumptions that can be reviewed.
→ Area 2 · Pipeline, CRM and forecasting
With no shared stages or criteria, deals stall halfway and every new hire starts from scratch.
→ Area 3 · Team and method
Three functions, three messages and nobody owning the full cycle. Leads go cold between teams and renewals are spotted too late.
→ Area 4 · Marketing, sales and post-sale, joined up
Everything goes through the top: sales, decisions and firefighting. Sales meetings are spent putting out fires, not making decisions.
→ Area 3 · Team and method
Or everything lives in a spreadsheet. Messy data, empty fields and nothing you can base a decision on.
→ Area 2 · Pipeline, CRM and forecasting
You're not short of sales effort. You're short of a system: method and structure. Here's how we build it →
Method
A sales system is the structured way your company decides who to sell to, takes every opportunity through to close, looks after customers once they've signed and estimates its revenue on clear assumptions that can be reviewed, without relying on anyone's memory.
The six building blocks are what we analyse in the diagnosis and what the action plans put in order, with your data and your tools, even if it all lives in a spreadsheet today. The system doesn't stop at the signature.
Which customers, segments and opportunities deserve attention first.
The stages a deal goes through, with clear criteria to move it forward or mark it as lost.
The rules that make the tool reflect reality and get your team using it.
A revenue estimate built on clear assumptions that can be reviewed, with an honest view of how reliable it is.
The meetings, metrics and owners that keep the system alive.
The handover from sales to delivery, customer onboarding and the account reviews that set up renewals and upsells.
With oversight, we support and review how the plans are carried out; with external sales leadership, we also lead. Either way, your leadership makes the key decisions and your team sells. That way, the system stays in the company.
Where we help
These are the areas we work on, not fixed packages. Together they cover the full cycle, from first contact to post-sale, retention and account growth. You may need one or several: the diagnosis tells you where to start.
Who to sell to first, and what to say so they listen.

How we work
We recommend starting with the diagnosis, in any of the areas. After that, there are two cumulative levels of support: Level 2, external sales leadership, includes everything in Level 1. They aren't phases you have to buy one after the other. If your company already has a recent diagnosis or analysis, we start from it: we review it and complete whatever is needed to set the baseline before execution starts.
The blueprint of your system: where sales are slipping away and what to do first.
We review the four areas and the six building blocks with your data and your team, even if it all lives in a spreadsheet.
It can be hired on its own, with its own scope, deliverables and close. Continuing at one of the two levels is the path we suggest, but you don't have to.
Making sure what was decided actually gets done.
Your team carries out the plans; we support and review execution with clear metrics, spot blockers and propose adjustments. Sales leadership stays inside your company.

Our core offer · time commitment according to scope
Someone leading sales inside your company, without a full-time hire.
We take on sales leadership with a time commitment agreed according to scope. We set sales targets based on your leadership's decisions, allocate resources and set SMART objectives. Then we lead your team in carrying out the plans to hit them.
Any cross-functional responsibility for marketing, post-sale or coordinating the full revenue cycle is agreed explicitly in the mandate and scope of each engagement. Analysing or working on an area doesn't mean taking over its leadership.
First, the diagnosis (roughly 3–4 weeks). Once it closes, execution of the plans begins: the 30, 60 and 90-day milestones are counted from that start, not from the diagnosis. We adapt it to where each company is.
Weeks 1–4 · approximate
Baseline, 3 priority objectives and 3 action plans over 90 days. It ends with the debrief and close-out session.
Plan execution · days counted from its start
Day 0
The 3 plans get going, with owners and dates.
Day 30
Plans under way, clear owners and first adjustments.
Day 60
First metrics: what's moving and what needs unblocking.
Day 90
Each plan reviewed against its metric.
Every quarter
Results, execution and priorities. We adjust priorities and plans for the next quarter.
The quarterly review doesn't repeat the full diagnosis. We only extend it when relevant changes or new evidence justify it, and only as far as needed.

What changes in practice
The method takes shape in working tools your team understands and can maintain. These are typical cases, illustrating the kind of change we aim for: they don't describe any specific company and they aren't measured results.
How we start
First we understand your challenge and tell you frankly whether a diagnosis makes sense for you.

Tell us about your challenge in the form and we'll email you to agree a date and time.
We look at your sales challenge, which area to work on and which building block to tackle first.
If it makes sense, roughly 3–4 weeks to set 3 objectives and 3 action plans over 90 days. When it closes, you decide whether we continue and at what level.

Yes. It has its own scope, deliverables and close: 3 priority objectives and 3 action plans over 90 days, with a debrief session with your leadership. Continuing at one of the two levels is the path we suggest, but you don't have to.
The diagnosis takes roughly 3–4 weeks and ends with the debrief and close-out session. If you decide to continue, execution of the plans starts afterwards: the 30, 60 and 90-day milestones are counted from the start of execution, not from the start of the diagnosis. From then on, we hold the quarterly review every quarter.
They're cumulative, not alternatives or compulsory phases. With action plan oversight (Level 1), your team carries out the plans and we support and review execution. With external sales leadership (Level 2), we do all of that and also lead: we set sales targets based on your leadership's decisions, allocate resources and set SMART objectives, with a time commitment agreed according to scope and a real presence in your pipeline meetings, without the cost or commitment of a full-time sales director.
We review results, how the plans are being carried out and the priorities, then adjust priorities and plans for the next quarter. We don't repeat the full diagnosis: we only extend it when relevant changes or new evidence justify it, and only as far as needed.
Yes, as part of the full cycle, from first contact to renewal and upsell. Handovers between teams, customer onboarding or account reviews are agreed after the diagnosis. We only take on responsibility for marketing or post-sale if that's agreed explicitly in the engagement's mandate and scope.

No. Your team sells. With oversight, we support and review execution; with external sales leadership, we also lead. The goal is a system that works without depending on any single person.
No. The diagnosis sets out which stages, fields and rules your team needs. If you decide to continue, we can detail them, with the scope and commitment we agree, and write the specification for whoever configures the CRM.
It depends on scope and time commitment. We'll discuss it on the call, and before any work starts the proposal sets out deliverables, time commitment and price.
